Jake Freedman is an Associate Writer & Editor at AIPAC and a Master’s in Government student at Johns Hopkins, and a recent graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

A golf fan on and off for years, COVID cemented golf as a major part of Jake’s life. Stuck at home in southern California, golf became Jake’s escape from the COVID-19 restrictions across the state, allowing him to get outside and play the game he loves so much.

A 4.2 handicap in 2021 and number two golfer on his high school’s team, Jake has regressed to a 7.5, but his golf fandom has only grown.

When you can’t find Jake on the links, he’s either on the couch watching and writing about golf, or at the nearest baseball game.
